Kevin Welch graduated from San Diego State University in 1979 with a BS degree in Finance. Kevin immediately jumped into the print world where he received excellent technical training and developed solid skills in customer service at Pioneer. In 1985, Kevin hung his own shingle and founded Eagle to specialize in print services and distribution, with a specialty in Health Care Print Management. Eagle rapidly grew with the help of a dedicated staff and an emphasis on embracing web-based fulfillment and new product development.
Kevin’s drive and desire to create opportunities is attributed to the work ethic and support from his parents. Kevin is involved in the local community, his Catholic church, Life Teen and an ongoing addiction to fly fishing. He currently serves as a board director for the Down syndrome Network of Oregon (DSNO) and Print Services and Distribution Association (PSDA). Tim Smith graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 1995 with a BA degree in Sales and Marketing. Tim graduated from Claremont University with an EMBA in 1999. Tim started his business career as a sales representative working for a truck tire manufacturer. In fourteen years, he worked his way up the ladder and eventually purchased shares in the company while taking on the role of Vice President, General Manager, Secretary and Treasurer.
In 1984, Tim left the tire industry and went to work as a sales representative for Forms Plus, Inc. Again Tim worked his way up the ladder, purchased shares in the company and for the last 10 years has served as the President of Forms Plus, Inc. and Eagle Graphics. Tim also serves on the board of directors for Candlewood Country Club. When Tim is not working, he is very involved with church, family and golf. Tim and his wife of over 20 years, were foster parents for ten years, welcomed 13 children into their home and adopted one boy who recently completed his tour with the U.S. Army. Jeff Carte graduated from California Polytechnic University, Pomona in 1980 with a BS degree in Business & Marketing. With Jeff’s prior knowledge and experience in the printing industry, Jeff immediately jumped into the printing arena with UARCO where he received detailed sales, print management, product and system evaluation training. Jeff excelled as he lead Uarco’s western region for several years in form and label sales.
In 1989, Jeff purchased shares as he joined Forms Plus, Inc. as half owner. He brought his skills to help expand their sales force and diversify their product mix. As Forms Plus, Inc. merged with Eagle Forms & Systems, the two emerged as Eagle, a division of Forms Plus, Inc., a leader in the print and corporate identity industry. Jeff is proud of his hard work to help build Eagle Graphics to where they are today. He enjoys time with his wife Melissa and three kids Megan, Andrew, and Whitney.
